Job Description:

As a Monitoring Documentation  Experienced, you will:

• Prepare documentation including proposals, presentations, software architecture descriptions, and RFPs
• Develop and continuously update product roadmap documentation
• Create and manage user stories (User Stories)
• Perform research and analysis across various technical domains

Qualifications:

• Strong command of documentation processes, software guides, and business workflows
• Understanding of system design, modeling principles, and architecture
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as Visual Paradigm
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Expertise in documentation tools such as Confluence and Swagger
• Experience in task management platforms like Jira
• Basic command-line skills in Linux
